Hi, I am Nancy Tarrant also known as Birchvyn, (Artist, Instructor, Auto body refinisher,gardener,general dabbler, student of life), I have been painting for over thirty years. Much of what I have learned has been that I have been lucky enough to have taken classes from some great artists. I then have played with the knowledge, I left with and developed my own style, discovering some very interesting things along the way!
I have in the past, created under my chosen name instead of my legal name, but here you will find both.
Reasoning for the name: I have never been able to sign Nancy and make it look pretty! lol....but I am working on it! So more and more often I sign on the back of each canvas with both!
I consider everything we do in life as art, I just use many mediums to make it so!
